A lot of training is throwing you in the deep end and figuring everything out which I find to be very useful. For specific tools, essential training is provided well. Learning modules like LinkedIn Learning is also provided. Frequent 1 on 1's with team leads allow you to get feedback.
The internship period was well structured with many tasks across the extent of it to help with professional development.
Reasonably consistent one on ones with team lead is good for tracking progress. Otherwise, most of the learning and feedback i have recieved on the technical side has been from senior developers - which have been especially helpful for learning and growth.
My co-workers were really good, a lot of pair programming, always within arm's reach when i needed help. Got a chance to work on a variety of different projects to gain experience.
