Employer is very flexible with working arrangements. Ideally we are in office 4 out of 5 days a week, but they are very understanding of certain circumstances such as illness, children, one off occasions, etc.
Over my internship period i worked 8 hours a day/5 days a week - with one day of remote working and varying with periods like summary fridays where i worked 4 hours less. During my study, i had the ability to work 1 1/2 days a week - going back to full-time over semester breaks.
I worked full time (40 hours per week) in the summer which was quite flexible with options to work from home some days. Currently i work part time and i work about a day a week - which is quite flexible to my studies.
One day, a work-from-home policy. Depends on what your team's strictness is like; sometimes you can get multiple work-from-home days, or half days in the office and then rest remote for the day. Pretty open working culture. One of the best work-life balance places i've worked at.
Very flexible. No remote work with my role unfortunately however as i'm still at orion while i am studying, i sometimes have to drop a shift or move my hours around for assignments/tests.
