I've had a great experience so far with the team and part of the company I'm with. As a graduate I think most doors are open for you, but perhaps as you move higher up the business you would encounter more difficulty and stronger opposition to change. Socialising with colleagues has only been the other graduates.
The culture is pretty positive. There is no barrier between yourself and the senior leadership team or other managers. They are all generally approachable and also quite interested in your work. The graduates have a pretty good cohort too and you can socialise as much or as little as you like.
It is a very flat structure, in which you can pretty much interact with anyone you want. This makes cooperation easy between coworkers and create a healthy and comfortable environment.
All of the colleagues at PowerCo are super friendly and understanding, ready to help out any way they can. The people can be considered as one of the best things PowerCo has to offer.
