Most if not all managers are always in the office so access to them is as easy as walking up to them and the feedback given is really helpful in terms of work and also just in general.
The managers are busy for the most part but you are still able to catch them here and there. Most managers are good but some not the greatest, they can say thing and share things they shouldn't be sharing
Sometimes it can feel like there are too many cooks in the kitchen as you essentially have 3 managers. Your rotation manager, Technical manager and Administrative manager. This results in feeling like there's too many people to report to and the lines aren't completely clear of who you need to ask what.
Most of them are really fantastic. THey do vary wildly but there are some real gems here. There is a strong culture of praise and recognition blossoming at Powerco, and many are very hands-on with performance feedback and getting training or more work for you. I would say they are mostly good mentors - but managers tend to be extremely busy and in meetings a lot. It's not too bad if the team has some accessible senior team members which is generally the case.
