Most of them are very helpful, they have great people helping you when needed. The only problem I might see is that a couple of rotation managers don't seem too keen on guiding graduates, so I believe rotation managers should be selected based on their willingness to contribute to the grad's formation also.
Most if not all managers are always in the office so access to them is as easy as walking up to them and the feedback given is really helpful in terms of work and also just in general.
The managers are busy for the most part but you are still able to catch them here and there. Most managers are good but some not the greatest, they can say thing and share things they shouldn't be sharing
Sometimes it can feel like there are too many cooks in the kitchen as you essentially have 3 managers. Your rotation manager, Technical manager and Administrative manager. This results in feeling like there's too many people to report to and the lines aren't completely clear of who you need to ask what.
