My role currently is to support the delivery of the AMP (Asset Management Plan) and my day-to-day tasks change up everyday depending on the focus of my group (meaning never a boring day for me :) ).
It's good in terms of the challenge, can I am able to ask for work that is more challenging for me. In saying that it can get boring at times
The work that has been assigned to me has always been interesting and meaningful work.
I like my role and my tasks. I don't mind a lot of the busy work either - i quite enjoy working in spreadsheets with data. As long as it isn't too much, whcih I think you can just talk to your manager about different work and they will do your best to accommodate you. There are also often opportunities to do site visits with various team, other grads, or the PMs. Even the most mundane tasks I felt like it was leading somewhere and had a relevance. I never really thought it wasn't meaningful. and I have felt pretty proud of some of the work I have done.
