I would say the base salary is medium-low on average for graduate roles, but there are nice extras such as $750 on starting, and fruit 2x per week in the office.
There is a 6 monthly pay increase which is quite motivating. Other notable perks include: - 10 days of volunteer leave - health insurance - supporting travel for conference and training as well as reimbursements during that time
Health and Life insurance are a good plus, also relocation compensation helps to get you settled, and there are salary increases twice a year as a graduate.
The health insurance is mostly covered which covers an extensive range in addition to the base salary. The pay can be considered as average across NZ but will have increments every six months after joining (only applicable to the Graduate role).
Pay offered is the same to every graduate employee, everyone starts equal. All company travel related costs are covered by the company. Pay could be a little bit more.
