Flexibility at Powerco is quite well managed, you are encouraged to come into the office every day for the first couple of months, but after that you can work 2 days from home, and you can also decide your hours as long as you complete 40 hours a week. Very flexible when it comes to time management.
PowerCo is very flexible with working hours and arrangements depending on the circumstances. As graduates, it would be expected for them to be in the office at the start as that is the best way to build connections and learn. But as time progresses, we can also work from home in a hybrid set up.

Flexible within reason. There is a preference to working in the office to ensure that as a graduate you get as much learning as you can. If there is a reason you need to work from home (are sick) its ok to do so. Or if you need to do it for an appointment ect.
