Very toxic management and poor working environment caused by the tone at the top. no accountability is taken by management, rather the blame is pushed onto us who are below them. when issues are raised, no changes are made, in fact things often get worse as a result/punishment.
Create structure for all of the above and amazing pockets of socialising.
Lots of social events (end of month drinks and food), cultural celebrations, mid year / promotion drinks, end of financial year drinks and in my team we have a weekly morning tea. The seating plan is open space so you can sit anywhere really and everyone sits together no matter what level.
