The pay is alright for graduate roles, it is a reasonable amount the only negative I have is that you are stuck behind an experience wall where you cannot progress in salary based on performance for a couple of years as you are locked to a dedicated progression path. We get lots of benefits though with lots of discounts to places and free dinners and ubers for certain events
