Apart from training in induction week, there is regular training within my team, sometimes split to just grads, or with everyone or just my team. If we feel like we want training in a certain area, we can always reach out to the L&D team and the trainings are always recorded so we can refer back to them
PwC has a skill hive programme which helps you keep track of all the skills you have. Additionally there is a in house growth centre which has PwC training modules that you can allocate to yourself. In my role in particular I am encouraged to get as many cyber security certifications I can get my hands on (PwC will pay for these)
