Not very flexible; depending on the manager, can be questioned and told off for WFH for one day, despite having a remote team at the time. it is in my contract to have flexible working, yet this seems to only apply to managers or people with children. Even when we have been there for over a year, that level of trust is not there.
Hours aren't horrible the work comes in waves so you can have quiet periods, working arrangement wise is super flexible can work from home any day with no limits that depends on team though.
Very flexible
I am currently in training, so my hours are flexible 6am-8pm. After training I will begin shift work, however i have the opportunity to work fully remotely.
