Good culture
The first thing I tell people when they ask about my job is how much I love the culture - hands down, it’s the best part. I genuinely enjoy working with my teammates and always rave about how great everyone is to work with. There’s a strong sense of support and collaboration, and it makes coming to work something I actually look forward to. The structure is clear without being overly formal - everyone knows their role, but there’s plenty of room to speak up, share ideas, and work together. Teamwork is a big part of how we operate, and people are always happy to lend a hand or jump in when needed. After hours, there’s a good mix of socialising - whether it’s team drinks, quiz nights, or just hanging out, people genuinely enjoy spending time together. It’s definitely a “work hard, play hard” kind of crew…
Workplace culture is great! We usually try to have a monthly social event, whether this be a couple beers after work, walk or game of pool. Within office hours the team have a lot of banter, but can also buckle down and get to work. Everyone is always very helpful to provide insight or help answer any queries.
