From what I’ve seen, RCP is making a genuine effort when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Recruitment feels fair and inclusive, and there’s a good mix of people across different roles and levels. I’ve noticed that everyone seems to have equal access to opportunities, and promotions are based on performance and potential rather than anything else. There’s also a strong sense of respect and openness in the workplace - people’s ideas and backgrounds are valued, and that makes it a really positive environment to work in. While there’s always room to grow, the culture here definitely feels inclusive and supportive.
