From what I recall, the interview process focused on getting to know me as a person rather than just my technical skills. The questions were centered around my interests, hobbies, and what I enjoy doing, which made the experience feel more conversational and less intimidating. This approach helped me feel comfortable and allowed me to show my personality. It also gave me the impression that the company values cultural fit and personal strengths, not just qualifications
Following submitting my CV and cover letter I attended the first interview which resulted in a follow up interview.
The job title was not previously communicated and therefore the video interview question was a bit of a surprise. The in-person interview was enjoyable and gave me confidence.
