My day-to-day has varied a large degree from team to team. I've found that across the board I've been given projects and tasks to work on through each rotation, but since I've been inland, I've taken more short term works and breakdown response as part of my day-to-day. I currently work closely with the FXP electrical team, supervisors and superintendents.

Depends on the leader Some projects have been very meaningful and complex Others are simple jobs like cutting out name tags, making excel spreadsheets My role is to provide technical support to the processing plant Day to day includes production reporting, short term optimisation and long term capital upgrades

My main role is with the control systems on the reduction lines. Both short and long term projects involving those control systems are what I work on. I am also a direct line of support to the sparkies in our team, if something big goes wrong I'm there to support. Working in maintenance there is a lot that goes on and sometimes it feels like there is too much going on. It can be difficult to manage workload at times, but most of my jobs are meaningful and have impact.

Good use of my individual skills and the impact I bring to the team is elevated by leaders and peers.

My day-to-day tasks revolve around mine planning. Everyday I am either scheduling design executions, designing dig faces & ramps, scheduling blasts, engaging with stakeholders, creating reports, reconciling target vs actuals, and a bunch of other ad-hoc tasks. Every day is something different, but that's the nature of a 24hr dynamic operations.
