There are multiple office locations. I've works across Perth CBD, Perth Operations Centre (OC), Dampier Rail Offices, Cape Lambert Offices and Paraburdoo FXP Offices. The CBD location is quite nice and a good location, and easy to get to via public transport. The Perth OC location is my personal favorite location to work at as it's a quick drive away for me, easy to park at and also a more relaxed vibe. Most employees wear a polo shirt and pants, as the control room does require a collared shirt as part of the dress code. On site the office spaces I've worked at are varied, some offices have better amenities when it comes to crib rooms, coffee machines etc. but across the board the offices are all maintained and cleaned frequently and to a good standard.
Site based - consistent high vis uniforms Office spaces has varied depending on what site I am at - currently I am in a new upgraded office with standing/sitting desks and is very clean. At previous sites it was not clean, there were not enough desks and toilets were far away.
Offices are based around each area of site. What office you get is variable based on your team, but I have been quite fortunate and have my own office to myself. Facilities are adequate, nothing bad to say about them. Site overall is quite large and involves a lot of walking to get between areas. Dress code is site PPE (high vis, steel cap boots, safety glasses etc.)
Pretty chill. Hi vis dress code.
