My experience with the interview process was quite positive. I found that while there were multiple steps, tests and interviews, it was all streamlined quite nicely and was not confusing at all.
Very long time between applying and receiving contract
The interview process was very streamlined. There was a phone based interview to get some basic details, and then there was a teams (online) interview with the team who was hiring me direct.
