The culture in the team that I am in (and adjacent teams) is great! Everyone is highly supportive of one another and get along great. There might be times in which employees may be expected to work overtime closer to launch so it may get stressful then.
In office my team are professional and approachable. We do have a bit of a tendency to from upon people who only do the contracted 9 hour day but mostly have a pretty good work culture
It really surprised me how everyone in my team seem like actual friends outside of work and how if anyone needs help, they will drop everything to support them or quickly message a response.
