I think the career progression seems quite natural / intuitive. Law Clerk => Group 1 solicitor => Group 2 solicitor => Group 3 solicitor, and so on and so forth. I think it is too preliminary for me to adequately comment on whether my employer provides me with opportunities to fulfil my career aspirations.
Everyone naturally moves up through the ranks as the years go by. However, it is currently unclear to me (at this stage) what is required to be a high-achiever here.
