While the work is tough, they endeavour to reward you for hard work; promotions guaranteed provided you meet the billable hours target each fortnight.
It's been made pretty clear what the framework is for progression and what successful work looks like. I haven't had any personal experience with promotions yet so can't comment further
I think a lot of it has to do with hard work and hours put in which seems reasonable.
