Every single person I have met is so lovely and welcoming. It does not seem like there are any bad eggs at Russell McVeagh. Everyone is incredibly intelligent and warm. There is a clear hierarchy, but I haven't felt like people have tried to assert their seniority over me - but the hierarchy is definitely present. Teamwork and co-operation are the foundation of our team.

Everyone is generally very kind and accepting. The hierarchy for me personally does not feel significant and people are keen to help you out where they can. There is a good social culture.
