Leading New Zealand law firm. A dynamic network of legal specialists who are champions for clients’ strategic goals.
Notable benefits are: 1. tax free public transport via the extraordinary card 2. the wellbeing allowance we get ($600 p.a). I definitely enjoy the catered lunches and bi-monthly work drinks with catered dinner. 3. we sometimes get free tickets - for example, to the hurricanes. The firm also has: 1. free uber home after 7pm; and 2. free ubereats/catered dinner from the kitchen after 7:30pm. Therefore, if you ever have to work late you will be looked after. There is also a policy where if you work X amount of hours over X time period you get days off (sorry cannot quite remember what the requisite periods are). In terms of pay - I believe it is good considering it is only a graduate role, but of course it would be great if I could be paid more. I would be more satisfied if kiwisaver was not included as part of my "total remuneration package", as this may have pay implications down the line. I think I would have been more satisfied if the starting base pay was $77k+.
Miscellaneous free tickets to rugby etc, lots of firm lunches and snacks, uber and dinner after hours, reduced public transport, bicycle programme, and many more
I like the $2000 signing bonus, and the fact that relocation costs are covered.
Generally good benefits – mobile and plan, wellness allowances, Ubers after hours, dinner paid for after hours, discounted health insurance.
