From my experience, there are strong opportunities for career growth within the business for people who are proactive and willing to take on new challenges. Progression comes from consistently performing well, showing initiative, building relationships, and being open to learning. The company provides opportunities through internal roles, project work, and exposure to different areas of the business, allowing employees to explore career paths that align with their interests and aspirations.
This is a 3-year grad programme. I am only in my first of 3 rotations, so it is currently hard to answer this question. It takes hard work, connections and commitment to move up the ranks.
The graduate programme is designed to develop young professionals and expose them to diverse areas of the business. I have personally felt supported and filled with confidence to tap into the potential I have and use the programme as a steppingstone into future leadership positions and progress my career on the whole.
