Culture has been strong, but has diminished recently. On the whole, good cooperation and teamwork, and good opportunities to socialise outside of working hours.

The culture is friendly and easy to work in. People get along well and are always happy to help each other out. There's also a nice social side to it. People catch up over lunches, and there are regular Friday afternoon drinks, which makes it a good environment to build relationships and connect with colleagues outside of day to day work.

Good culture, I happily talk to anyone. Everyone is more than happy to help you out or answer questions.

Welcoming, everyone is approachable despite their position within the business. Friday afternoon drinks occur in the upstairs kitchen which is always a great opportunity to connect with colleagues in a casual setting. Very clear on business structure such as everyone's teams managers and directs.
