Managers are accessible, good praise and recognition.
I've found my managers to be approachable and accessible. They are generally available for support when needed and create an environment where it feels comfortable to ask questions or raise concerns.
I have a great manager, he is always available despite being extremely busy. We also have weekly catch ups with are very helpful.
Overall, very good, interactive. Potentially could have been more supportive in the beginning of SFF journey.
