Quite an intensive process, but I felt comfortable along the way. May have been benefitting from being extroverted - lots of speaking and confidence required.
The interview process was a valuable learning experience; they used a wide range if interview formats and processes so it gave me a good overview of what interviews could include. It was a long process including 2 online interviews and a 3 day in person interview which was a cool opportunity.
Was challenging but I enjoyed the challenge. It was good experience meeting new people and getting out of your comfort zone.
A very through and well-designed process, it just took a long time to hear back due to the volume of applicants.
Challenging but in a positive way. Felt pushed to be my best self in the way I answered questions, delivered on tasks and the way I portrayed myself as a whole. Was a diverse set of challenges presented to me in the interview process, such as working collaboratively, producing and delivering group and individual presentations. A balance of focus on exposing what interpersonal skills we carry as well as understanding the business and our wider industry knowledge.
