Good on the job learning (experiencial) and some formal training. Currently working through a leadership course which includes coaching, and I have always had a mentor within the business.
I've had a mix of role specific training and broader development opportunities. On the technical side, I've received training that has helped me build confidence in the core requirements of my role and understand the processes and expectations more clearly. Beyond that, I've also had access to leadership development courses, which have helped me build skills in communication, problem solving, and working with others more effectively. I've found mentoring really valuable as well, as it's given me regular feedback, guidance, and support in how I approach challenges and develop professionally.
I have weekly catch ups with my manager who gives me feedback and we discuss what the plan is for the following week. Was supported to go on a week long personal development course. Have a fortnightly meeting with a senior mentor. Multiple different development opportunities provided.
Been offered a wide range of formal and informal training and development opportunites. One of the pros of the graduate programme is that it is designed to learn and develop as a young professional navigating the new corporate environment from conducting yourself in a meeting or professional conversations or currently experiencing being an interviewee for future graduares. SFF has an Elearning page also that is accessible and provides a wealth of official training on a broad range of business areas.
