The dress code is very flexible in the Wellington office (I can't speak for the other offices). We are moving into a new green building with lots of services, like showers and towel service, plenty of bike lockers, barista et.
We are located on Shortland Street. We have 7 floors in a large building. 3 floors of legal staff, 2 floors of support staff and 1 floor for general events, ecetera. Dress code is moderately formal - button up or polo shirts and pants for men, women can wear whatever as long as it is somewhat modest.
The Auckland office is extremely spacious. While it is relatively old school, everyone has a huge amount of desk space and most desks/offices have a view. The dress code is 'dress for your day' so if you are seeing clients, you will need to dress appropriately, but if you are not - smart jeans are acceptable.
Great facilities. Dress code is smart-casual.
