I am challenged a lot in the tasks i do and given great opportunities to improve my skills and learn.
I am satisfied with the level and variety of tasks that I undertake in my current role. My work primarily involves conducting traffic assessments and providing technical analysis to support a range of transport planning and infrastructure projects. This includes preparing Traffic Impact Assessment reports, undertaking SIDRA modelling for intersection performance analysis, and carrying out iRAP road safety assessments. These responsibilities are well aligned with my experience and skill level and provide opportunities to apply both technical knowledge and professional judgement. The work is engaging, challenging, and allows me to continually develop my expertise while contributing meaningfully to project outcomes.
