I've picked up a lot of things. I have become more confident when it comes to networking with others. Technically skills have been quick and easy to pick up with the help other colleagues within the workplace.

The formal training for grads following a new program which is developing into something good.

I have had good opportunities to enhance my skills over the past three years, and I believe the company has provided strong support for my professional development. During this time, I completed Movement and Place training as well as iRAP Road Safety training, both of which were fully sponsored by the company. These training programs have significantly improved my technical knowledge and capabilities in transport planning and road safety assessment. Since completing these courses, I have been able to apply the skills and knowledge gained to my projects and have received consistently positive feedback on my work. In addition to external training opportunities, the company also provides regular in-house IT training and access to a wide range of e-learning resources. These learning platforms allow employees to continuously develop both technical and professional skills at their own pace. The combination of formal training, internal learning programs, and on-the-job experience has been very beneficial in supporting my professional growth and career development.

Currently under PTA training. But hopping the company to offer more training and development opportunities. such as new technology and work-related trainings.
