When i disclosed my neurodivergence in my interview, the response was positive. my office is very diverse, which i really like. i do believe there are many things that could be improved on though. for example, the people who manage employees or help/accommodate their needs, could have more awareness on different issues, especially neurodivergence since it's reasonably common. some of the policies are quite rigid and could be improved to account for individuals who don't fit in the "normal" requirements/needs (e.g. the ergonomic setup policy, because ergonomic looks different for everyone).
