It was very straight forward, although a little intimidating as you are interviewed by multiple people at the same time.
I actually didn't apply for the role so I imagine my experience was different than most. But the interview I did have was very normal with one light technical question.
Informal interview
I had an interview at the start of the week, and then got asked to provide references on Friday. It then took 4 weeks to hear anything back after that. During that time I got two other offers and was given a pretty short timeframe to accept. I informed Stantec of this and then got an offer the next day. Even though it did lead to an offer, having better communication during this phase would have been preferred as it was quite a stressful time.
