We got a pay rise after our mid-year reviews. However, the grads coming in next year will be earning more than this year's intake, and even with another payrise, they will likely be earning more than us although they have less experience which I don't think is fair. We have a lot of free lunches and morning teas which are always good. The annual leave allocation is very nice. We get a basic health insurance plan too. I have also been enrolled in different training courses and have gotten the opportunity to present at courses paid for by Stantec which has been a great experience to have.
