In the first year as a graduate, the company does not allow us to work from home. However, starting next year, employees will be permitted to work remotely once or twice a week.
I typically work 40 hours a week. my employer is very flexible with work hours and location as long as the work is completed adequately and punctually.
Hours worked are very flexible. wfh is an option too.
