They are very flexible, as long as communication is had they are more than happy for people to work remotely however expect people in the office at least some of the time to allow integrated working. We can also adjust starting and finishing times to fit around life schedules, appointment, kid pick-ups and drop off etc.
Quite flexible with when my hours are worked, I can start anytime before 9am. Even some young people in the office get work from home days, although I prefer to work in the office.
Flexible to appointments or personal agendas. Can set work schedule around family/personal commitments.
I like to start work quite early so I can leave early. I get all my work done, and so my manager is fine with this. Seniors really don't want you working more than 40 hours unless you absolutely have to. Sometimes with site work you end up doing more, but taking 'time in lieu' is pretty common and I feel free to do so. We are free to work from home, some people in my team are pretty much fully remote.
