
Throughout the graduate programme, we get experience in 4 6-month stints in different roles. This has allowed me to experience several different aspects of the business and to present my skillsets to various leaders throughout the company. We also get to build goals and become essential employees to Suncorp New Zealand.
There are opportunities for me to roll off into a full time role but I also feel that Suncorp has quite a high turnover rate.
Difficult for a graduate to find permanent employment in an adequate role which progresses from the programme.
I'm yet to roll off the program but time will tell if progression opportunities do actually play out - I've certainly seen and heard from colleagues of great opportunities e.g. secondments etc.
