There is plenty of diversity in the people that work here, but the company has had alignment changes that do not express to me that they will be pushing for more cultural diversity in the future specifically in regards to Māori and Pasifika representation.
There is plenty of diversity recognition at Suncorp. It is engrained into staff training and there are clubs and events for people of all types.
Suncorp celebrate diversity. Always have shared lunches and cultural events to bring people together.
Getting better - I think theres a lot of education to be done, especially for our P&C team around ethnic minorities and how to best support them, and empower those colleagues who have the knowledge to be able to share
