Employees can gain Star points and can be used to pay for various things from their benefits site. These points are given out by your manager. Additionally, we get a benefit annually.
The pay is fair for a graduate role but of course you do end up doing the same job as people who are getting paid far higher than you. Such is the nature of graduate roles.
Happy with my pay as I am a graduate. Hear that some workers get higher % bonus based on their salary which I do not agree with.
I understand we're on the grad program but a bit more would be appreciated - especially towards the end of the program because I am doing the role of a BDM
