
My managers have been key to providing me motivation and feedback throughout my journey so far. However, due to the structure of teams, it is difficult to get direct feedback on your work.
In the technology space you would have two managers: The manager of which ever team you are currently rotated into and a manager who stays with you throughout the graduate program and who deals with your timesheets, leave applications and admin whatnot. The managers are generally good and easy to reach, but it can really depend. They don't act as mentors, but you are assigned a mentor in each rotation you go into.
Managers are good and treat their team like a family.
