Our interview process involved an online examination and an in-person assessment centre where we were designated individual tasks as well as group work which was performed and presented in front of managers. We were then interviewed by the managers and found out shortly after if we had been shortlisted or not.
The interview process was great - tough of course as they have thousands of applicants and only two roles in the stream.

I was fortunate to roll of the internship into the grad program because there was a position that opened up, but otherwise there was no grad roles made available to interns - I'd ensure there's an opportunity for grad roles if I were to make any changes.
