We are expected to be in the office 2.5 days a week with anchor days which are team dependent. Overall, our managers are extremely flexible and understand if there are times that we cannot meet these commitments.
Quite flexible - it differs from team to team however and meetings must be attended of course. Flexibility is probably better than your average employer.
I am usually in the office 9-5pm but this can change based on my schedule. My company is flexible that I am allowed to work from home half the week. This is beneficial as sometimes I have errands to run at home during a working day.
Very happy, I've been coming in every day since starting in this role (mid year) and have enjoyed it - I can WFH if I like, but coming into office and sitting next to my manager is very helpful for my development, but otherwise he would allow me to WFH the 5 days a fortnight.
