Yes. In the ElectroNet graduate program we get the opportunity to rotate through different business markets to develop a diverse skillset and gain experience across the company. When we find a job we like, we can leave the grad program to work their full time. The company values its employees and many people here have worked here for years.
As a graduate, the main goal is to learn as much as possible so there isn't much progression when rotating throughout the teams. However, having input on what team you will move into after being promoted out of the graduate program (usually after 2 years) is a great opportunity.
