Good training materials in my team. I was assigned a mentor who makes sure I have everything I need. No complaints. I have learned how to use DIgSILENT PowerFactory, complete grid connection studies and model validations, interface with clients, and more.
The graduate programme is designed to give us experience in most of the disciplines offered at the company and we have the opportunity to advocate for ourselves with frequent catch ups with the People team and performance/development reviews with our managers. The development reviews can sometimes be poorly timed and discontinuous due to the 6 month length we are with a manager. However, overall, they are a good chance to set out what type of work we want to be involved over a rotation.
