Tickets to rugby and a few work trips during onboard as I am a graduate.
I think we offer relatively competitive pay. As a grad we do not receive bonuses but from what I hear the bonuses are very good.
The pay is aligned with the market which in my opinion is a good way to go about it. There is also the opportunity to get a bonus each year which is determined by a combination of factors including individual & team performance.
