Interview process and assessment were quite straight forward.
The process for this role was extremely thorough and intentional. I found the interview and assessment day interesting as they are trying to find the best fit for the role. I liked how they wanted to see how we handled pressure as well as understand us as individuals.
There were several stages in the application process including, initial application, assessment centers, different levels of interviews/presentations
Was a rather long interview process containing multiple stages. The main downside to the process was having to complete it all online, however the team handled it extremely well considering. The main stages were a self recorded video interview, assessment center with other applicants & a individual presentation & interview
