The Property Group (TPG) is a locally owned property and planning consultancy, bringing Kiwis together to build Aotearoa for over two decades.
The business culture in my office is very enjoyable. There are plenty of social occasions and events to participate in. There is a good workplace dynamic for social discussion. The work involves collaboration and teamwork, and this is encouraged. We often have workplace competitions to participate in which create a bit of a vibe. There is often an after work social event planned every 2-3 months to look forward to. There is a hierarchy in the form of an organisational chart however this is positive and necessary for a work environment. Mostly everyone is personable and happy to help.
The Auckland office has a strong and social culture. We often organise social events, including Friday after-work drinks, which provide a great opportunity to connect with colleagues outside of work.
The office is very young. The office is open plan which can make it louder and more difficult to lock-in. At the same time, it invites collaboration.
