The Property Group (TPG) is a locally owned property and planning consultancy, bringing Kiwis together to build Aotearoa for over two decades.
My managers are accessible and if not there is always someone who can help. Communication is transparent and everyone is on the same page. My manager has a weekly meeting with me to discuss workload and any issues or feedback. My manager doesn't isn't my leader for all my day-to-day work which i find great it allows me to work with a number of different people, and my people leader becomes more of a mentor.
The managers at TPG are highly supportive and approachable. They trust employees to take ownership of their work and provide a good level of autonomy, which creates a positive working environment with minimal micromanagement.
It is not overly consistent between managers and office. They can be really good but there could be greater consistency.
