My People Leader has been great, she's new to the role but is settling in really well. She's always available for a chat, happy to help out, and regularly checks in, which has made a big difference. Our GM is also really approachable, and even our CEO, Heidi, is super friendly and down-to-earth. You can really see the passion everyone has for their work.
