The Property Group (TPG) is a locally owned property and planning consultancy, bringing Kiwis together to build Aotearoa for over two decades.
Drafting emails regarding negotiations. Exposure to suppliers like valuers and surveyors. Considering agreements and reporting to clients. Project planning. Consideration to the legislation that governs us. I would like to be more exposed to our clients. I would like a more considerable amount of tasks.
My role is primarily office-based, with most of my time spent supporting property acquisition and advisory work. There are occasional site visits for pre-settlement inspections, where I inspect properties before they are acquired to ensure they meet the required standards and expectations.
The work is very niche but very interesting. There is a lot of interesting information that you can get out of it. There is also opportunities to leave the office and go to properties which is enjoyable.
